A tooltip is often used to specify extra information when a user moves the mouse pointer over an element.
Select Tooltips at the left panel and choose an element where you'll apply it to
Enter the tooltip text
Select the Position where the tooltips should appear
Choose the tooltips Theme background
And select the Size
You can also simply click on the tab to enable the Shadow and make the tooltip Square
